Delete your web3juice account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the phone app or on the website, or ask us by email. Deletion removes your account and the data saved in it straight away. It cannot be undone.
Three ways to delete your account
- In the web3juice phone app: open Account, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
- On the website: sign in at web3juice.com, open Account, scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE and choose Permanently delete.
- By email: write to support@web3juice.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we delete anything, and we reply once it is done.
What is deleted
Everything saved in your account, at once: your name, email address and password; Google and email-link sign-in; every signed-in browser and phone app; your watchlist, saved searches, investment notes and saved wallets; alert rules, alert history and your alert inbox; email, Discord, webhook, Telegram and phone alert settings; your research notebook; API keys and AI assistant connections; quotes you sent us and wrong-data reports; newsletter and email settings; and queued emails to you.
If you are a member of a Team workspace, you leave the team. The team keeps its shared watchlist and rules, and its activity log no longer shows your name.
Paid plans and teams
- Subscriptions: a paid subscription is cancelled first, immediately, so you are not charged again. The unused part of the current billing period is not refunded. If the subscription cannot be cancelled at that moment, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
- A plan bought in the phone app through Apple or Google is managed in your phone’s subscription settings; cancel it there as well.
- Team owners: if your team still has other members, remove them from the Team page first, or email us to hand the team over. A team with only you in it is closed together with your account.
What is kept
- Payment records stay with Stripe, our payment provider, which keeps invoices and payment history under its own terms. Our own log of Stripe events is kept without any link to you.
- Blocked addresses: if an email to you bounced or was reported as spam, a one-way fingerprint of the address stays on our do-not-send list so it is never emailed again.
- Shared data that was never yours, such as the public pool catalogue, stays as it is.
