Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use web3juice: the website (web3juice.com), the phone app, our AI assistant (MCP) server and our API. By creating an account or using web3juice you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
web3juice is operated by WOODCOMMERCE LTD. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean WOODCOMMERCE LTD. You can reach us at support@web3juice.com. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. What web3juice is, and what it is not
- web3juice is a research and monitoring tool for DeFi and stablecoin yields. It shows data and sends the alerts you set up.
- It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on web3juice is a recommendation to buy, sell, deposit or move anything. If you need advice, ask a qualified adviser.
- web3juice never holds your funds, never asks for your private keys or seed phrase, never signs transactions and never places trades for you. If you decide to use a protocol, you do that on the protocol’s own site, at your own risk.
- Our data comes from third-party sources. It can be wrong, late or missing. Where we know when a figure was measured or retrieved, we show it, and a value we do not know is shown as unknown, not guessed.
- APYs are variable. A rate shown today can be different tomorrow, is not a promise of returns, and you can lose some or all of what you deposit.
- Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. An alert can be late or may not arrive, so do not rely on it as your only check.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You must be 18 or over.
- One person per account. Do not share your sign-in. Members of a Team workspace each use their own account.
- Keep your sign-in secure: your password, sign-in links, Google account and API keys. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@web3juice.com if you think someone else has got in.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. Where it is practical, we will tell you why first.
- You can delete your account at any time. How to delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape or copy web3juice data in bulk. Automated access is allowed only through the published API and MCP server, within their limits;
- resell or republish web3juice data as a product or service of your own, or use it to build a rival data service. We say so where reuse is allowed, for example the published benchmark file with its citation line;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or try to get around its limits or access controls;
- sign up by automated means, or create extra accounts to dodge a limit, a suspension or the one-time trial;
- use web3juice to break the law or to harm other people.
5. Paid plans
- The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- A paid plan renews automatically each month or year, whichever you chose, and keeps renewing until you cancel. By subscribing you allow us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each time. If we change a price, we will tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does. A price change never applies to an existing subscription unless you change plan or we tell you in advance.
- You can cancel at any time in the customer portal, which you reach from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Pro has a free 7-day trial. You get it once per account, and an account that has had any subscription before does not get another trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken.
- We do not give refunds for part of a billing period, except where the law says we must. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to support@web3juice.com.
- If you delete your account, a paid subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the rest of the period. This is the same as on the delete account page and in the privacy policy.
- A Team plan is bought by one account, the owner, who adds the other members and is responsible for them.
Sign-up credit
- A new Web3Juice account gets a one-time sign-up credit (the amount is shown on the pricing page and your account page) once its email address is confirmed (by an email sign-in link or a Google account). It is one credit per person: one per email address, where addresses that deliver to the same Gmail inbox count as one.
- The credit comes off the first charged payment of your first paid plan (Pro, Power or Team, monthly or yearly) bought through checkout on web3juice.com. With a free trial it comes off the first payment after the trial, not the free period. Later payments are the full price.
- Start that paid plan within 90 days of creating your account. After that the credit lapses.
- It is used once. If that first payment is later refunded, the credit is not given back. If you cancel a free trial before any payment, the credit stays available until it lapses.
- The credit is applied in pounds sterling (£), the currency of every price. If an amount is also shown in another currency, it is only an approximate guide.
- The credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred or combined with a promotion code, and it does not apply to purchases made inside a phone app through Apple or Google.
- Accounts that already started a paid plan or a free trial before getting the credit do not get it. We may withhold or remove a credit that was obtained by misuse, for example by creating several accounts for one person.
6. Buying through Apple or Google
If you buy a plan through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that purchase follows Apple’s or Google’s terms and refund rules, not the card payment rules above. You manage and cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings. Deleting your web3juice account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it there as well.
7. AI assistant (MCP) access and API keys
- The public MCP server is free to use, read-only and fair-use. The call limits depend on your plan; see the MCP page and your account page.
- An API key is personal. It belongs to your account, so keep it secret and do not share, sell or publish it. Calls made with it count against your plan.
- We may slow down, rotate or revoke a key that is leaked, abused or used beyond its limits.
- Your AI assistant writes its own answers. Check anything important against the pool’s own source.
8. Affiliate programme
If you take part in the affiliate programme, the affiliate programme terms also apply to you. On affiliate matters, they come first if they differ from these terms.
9. What you send us
This covers quotes about web3juice, wrong-data reports, chat messages, feedback and anything else you send us. You keep your rights in it. You allow us to use it to run, check and improve web3juice, including to reply to you and to compare a report with its source. A quote is shown publicly only if we approve it, with the credit you chose, and you can withdraw it from your account at any time. Please do not send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send, and never send private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
10. Availability and changes to the service
web3juice is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, but we make no promise that it will always be available, that the data is accurate, complete or on time, or that an alert will arrive. We may change or stop a feature. Where it is practical, we will give notice first, especially for features you pay for.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses that come from decisions you make using web3juice, including trading or investment losses, protocol hacks, smart contract failures and stablecoins losing their peg, or from data that is wrong, late or missing. Our total liability to you for anything connected with web3juice is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change, we will tell you before it applies to you, for example by email or a notice in the app. If you keep using web3juice after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales hear any dispute about them. If you use web3juice as a consumer, nothing here takes away rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in your own country’s courts.
