Best tools for DeFi APY alerts, ranked October 2026

Which tools send alerts when a DeFi pool’s APY or TVL changes?

Five tools do, ranked here for October 2026 on one job, telling you when the APY or TVL of a pool you follow changes: web3juice, Alertio, EchoTerminal, CoinInterestRate and DefiLlama (which we found no rate alerts on). We make web3juice, which covered 15,908 pools across 105 chains and 510 protocols on 2 November 2026 at 21:40 UTC, and the other facts were checked on 21 October 2026 or, where marked, on 16 October 2026.

Price alerts are everywhere. Rate alerts are not: most DeFi dashboards show today’s APY and leave it to you to notice when it moves. These tools watch for you.

Full disclosure: we make web3juice, and it is ranked first below, so weigh our view accordingly. We judged only one job: telling you when the APY or TVL of a DeFi pool you follow changes. We looked at what can be watched, which conditions can be set, how alerts are delivered and what the free tier allows. Facts about other tools come from their own public pages, checked on 21 October 2026 unless a row says otherwise (rows dated 16 October 2026 come from the pages behind our comparison pages). This list quotes no rates and is not a list of places to deposit.

Why is each tool where it is?

1. web3juice

Ranked first on what it can watch and on the conditions it can combine: it alerts on the market as well as on pools you hold, on a single pool, your watchlist or every pool matching a saved search. Rules can combine up to eight conditions, wait for a condition to hold for several checks before alerting, and send a note when it recovers; it also warns when the data behind a pool goes stale. Free for 3 rules, in the app, by email or on your phone. It has no Telegram delivery, which Alertio and EchoTerminal offer.

2. Alertio

Second: strong if you want alerts tied to positions in your own wallet, with many alert types and a webhook. It starts from an address, so it does not watch pools you have not entered yet. See web3juice vs Alertio.

3. EchoTerminal

Third: free alerts with Discord and Telegram, focused on lending supply and borrow rates across a smaller set of protocols. See web3juice vs EchoTerminal.

4. CoinInterestRate

Fourth: free email alerts on platform rates by coin, mainly centralised products. Its pages say it may be paid a commission when readers sign up through its links. See web3juice vs CoinInterestRate.

5. DefiLlama

Fifth, as a reference: the broadest public yields data, with a Watchlist, but no rate alerts found on its pages. See web3juice vs DefiLlama.

How do you set a useful APY alert?

  1. Pick the level that matters to you, not a round number: the rate below which you would want to look again.
  2. Add a TVL condition, so a pool that is shrinking fast warns you even if the APY looks steady.
  3. Ask for the condition to hold for a few checks, so a single noisy update does not wake you.

Alerts state facts and never tell you what to do. Reading about the pieces first? See base APY vs reward APY and how to check a pool’s APY history.

Research and monitoring only: web3juice never holds funds, asks for keys or executes trades. APYs change constantly and are not a promise of returns. Principal can be lost. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
