Affiliate programme terms

1. Joining

Anyone can apply. We read every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion; nothing is approved automatically. We may pause or end an affiliate’s participation at any time, for example after a breach of these terms. When an account is ended for a breach, unpaid commission may be withheld.

2. Commission

• You receive 40% of each net payment (after any VAT, refunds and reversed charges) made by a customer you referred on a paid plan, for 12 months from that customer’s first real payment. Free trials earn nothing. Affiliates first approved before 31 March 2027 receive 50%. Each referred customer keeps the rate that applied when they were referred.
• A customer is referred to you when they subscribe within 90 days of clicking your link (your link works on any page as ?ref=your-code). If they click several affiliates’ links, the last one counts.
• A refund or chargeback cancels the commission on that payment; if it was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
• Purchases by you, by an account with your email address, paid with your own payment account, or for a team you belong to earn nothing.
• Commission is calculated by fixed rules from our payment records. Your private dashboard shows it as pending (in the 30-day hold), payable or paid.

3. Payment

Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment. We pay by hand once a month when your payable balance is at least £25, by PayPal or bank transfer, whichever you choose in your dashboard; smaller balances roll over. Amounts are in pounds sterling. You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.

4. How you may promote web3juice

• Say that you are paid. Wherever you share your link, say clearly that you receive a commission if people subscribe, in the words the platform or your local rules require (for example “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission”).
• Promote the tool, not an investment. web3juice is a research and monitoring subscription. Never present a pool, protocol or token as a recommendation, and never tell anyone to buy, deposit, move or withdraw funds. Nothing on web3juice is financial or investment advice, and you must not present it as advice.
• No return or yield claims. Never say or imply that anyone will make a particular return or yield, quote an APY as what someone will receive, or describe a pool, protocol or stablecoin as safe, certain or free of risk. APYs are variable: they change constantly and can fall to zero, and principal can be lost.
• No regulatory claims. Don’t say or imply that web3juice is authorised, licensed or regulated by any authority.
• Be accurate about what web3juice is. It never holds funds, asks for private keys, signs transactions or places trades.
• No spam. No bulk or cold email, unsolicited direct messages, comment spam or posting your link where it isn’t welcome.
• No bidding on our name. Don’t bid on “web3juice” or close misspellings in search ads, and don’t use it in ad copy or domain names.
• No fake reviews or self-referrals. No made-up reviews, ratings or testimonials, and no buying through your own link, for your own account or for a team you belong to.

You may use the descriptions, logo, screenshots and links from your dashboard. Don’t imply that web3juice endorses you, and don’t change the logo. Promoting a particular cryptoasset or yield product can count as a regulated financial promotion in some places, which is why affiliates promote web3juice itself and never a pool or token.

5. What web3juice promises

No protocol pays to be listed or ranked, and web3juice earns nothing from the pools it shows. The affiliate programme pays people who refer paying subscribers to web3juice itself; it never changes which pools appear or in what order.

6. Changes and contact

We may change these terms or the commission; we will tell active affiliates before a change takes effect. A new rate applies only to customers referred after the change: customers you have already referred keep the rate they started on, and commission already earned is never reduced.
